Hi there! First, we would like to say thank you for taking the time to research adoption and for choosing the gift of life. We are praying for you and your family and will continue to do so as you are faced with difficult decisions in the coming months.
We are Kelli and Steven. In 2014 we were newly-weds with new jobs, making plans for what we thought the future would be. We did not expect the challenges we would face in growing our family. In time we were blessed to be chosen as Logan’s parents in May of 2021. Adoption has changed our lives and helped us fulfill our dream of being parents. We are excited to continue growing our family and give Logan a forever friend in a sibling. We have a lot of love to give.
Logan is the greatest blessing to our lives. He is the happiest little boy and brings joy to every day. We always delight in sharing our interests with him and get wrapped up in his reactions to hiking, boating, swimming, biking and playing at the park. Logan also shares in our love of reading all kinds of books.
Kelli works as a pharmacist part-time and enjoys extra time with Logan since reducing her hours. She has a passion for photography, and we have lost track of how many photos we have of Logan. Logan has already gotten to share in her enjoyment of crafting, especially finger-painting.
Steven is a math teacher and assistant lacrosse coach. He enjoys martial arts, climbing, video games, and movies. He is always playing on the ground with Logan, building towers with mega blocks that quickly get knocked down, and flying Logan around the house.
We have been very fortunate to have a lot of time with family recently. We have taken trips to Florida and Gatlinburg with Logan’s grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. There have been many days poolside with Gigi, fishing at Grandpa’s pond, silly dancing with Aunt Kimmie, and camping with Grandma and Papaw. When our work schedules overlap, Logan gets to be with his grandparents even more. His face always lights up when he sees them. Our lives are surrounded with love for Logan, and we cannot wait to share more moments like these with future children.
If you place your child in our care, we promise to always speak highly of you and your selfless decision. We promise to love your child unconditionally and provide them with a life filled with happiness and fun. We promise bike rides to the park, trips to the zoo, and lots of daily laughs. We promise big family birthday parties with special homemade cakes and holiday gatherings with lots of little ones running around and playing together. We promise a warm home filled with snuggles and family dinners.
