Stepparent Home Study
If you have been married at least 6 months and wish to complete a stepparent homestudy, please print out and complete the following 4 documents. Incomplete or illegible documents will be returned.
- Application for Child Placement
- Addendum to Adoption Application
- Attorney Name Document
- Stepparent Self Study
In addition, please include in your application packet:
- Copy of adopting parent’s drivers license
- Copy of adopting parent’s social security card
- Check in the amount of $850 (plus $50 for each additional child being adopted) Please make the personal check or money order out to Adoption Professionals, LLC.
