Stepparent Home Study

If you have been married at least 6 months and wish to complete a stepparent homestudy, please print out and complete the following 4 documents. Incomplete or illegible documents will be returned.

  1. Application for Child Placement
  2. Addendum to Adoption Application
  3. Attorney Name Document
  4. Stepparent Self Study

In addition, please include in your application packet:

  1. Copy of adopting parent’s drivers license
  2. Copy of adopting parent’s social security card
  3. Check in the amount of $950. Please make the personal check or money order out to Adoption Professionals, LLC. 

Your application must be received by us at least 3 months prior to any scheduled hearing date.
