Hi! We are Jacqui and Ryan. We joyfully became parents 3 years ago through the blessing of adoption. Through that experience, we have learned that God has wonderful plans for us all. As you are considering if adoption will play a role in your life, thank you for taking the time to see a glimpse of our family. We are excitedly awaiting when we are called to expand our family again.
We love telling people that we were high school sweethearts. While we took time in college to meet other people, we discovered that we are truly meant to be. Over the last 23 years, we developed a strong foundation built on communication and enjoying life together. Both of our parents have modeled faithful and successful relationships for us, with a combined total of 77 years of marriage!
We grew up in Louisville, KY and have called Cincinnati home for the past 14 years. Jacqui works as a pharmacist, and Ryan supports customer relations for a large company. Both of our jobs provide great benefits and flexibility, which allowed us to stay home with our son most of his first year. He now enjoys attending a wonderful nearby preschool.
We’ve truly loved adapting our hobbies over the past 3 years to include our son. Seeing his joy while learning new things and exploring the world is indescribable. Together, we spend many evenings outside on walks, at the park, or playing sports. We love traveling the country to enjoy everything from beaches to mountains, from small to big cities.
Ultimately, we hope to provide a loving home for our son and a future child, giving them each the tools to reach their hopes and dreams. Luckily, we have a ‘village’ to help us reach this goal.
