Hi! We are Jacqui and Ryan. As you are considering if adoption will play a role in your life, thank you for taking the time to see a glimpse of our family. We joyfully became parents 5 years ago through the blessing of adoption. Through that experience, we have learned that God has wonderful plans for us all. We excitedly await to be called to expand our family again and are grateful you’ve stopped by our page to learn a little about us.
A Little About Us |We love telling people that we were high school sweethearts. Over the last 20+ years, we developed a strong foundation built on communication and enjoying life together. Both of our parents have modeled faithful and committed relationships for us, with a combined total of 90 years of marriage!
We both grew up in Louisville, KY and have called Cincinnati home for the past 15 years. Jacqui works as a pharmacist, and Ryan supports customer relations for a large company. Both of our jobs provide great benefits and flexibility, which allowed us to stay home with our son most of his first year. As family time has become a growing priority, Jacqui plans to reduce to part-time or take a few years off work when we welcome another child.
What We Like to Do |As a family, we balance planning fun experiences and enjoying unstructured time together. We love to explore Cincinnati parks and cheer on the home teams. We also spend many evenings outside with the families on our street, taking walks, or playing sports. Our community youth and family programs are wonderful. This past year, we coached t-ball and loved the family involvement. We also love traveling the country, experiencing everything from beaches to mountains, from small to big cities.
We’d Love to Share More| Ultimately, we strive to provide a loving home for our son and a future child, giving them each the tools to reach their hopes and dreams. We are fortunate to have a “village” to help us reach this goal. Our families and friends are incredibly supportive. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us.
