Hey! We’re Jeff and Leah, thanks so much for taking some time to learn about us. We’ve been married seven years and life together has been full of laughs, learning, and growing as a family. We have two awesome daughters who keep us on our toes and bring a whole lot of fun (and noise!) to our days. Adoption has always been on our hearts, and we’re really excited to open our home and our lives to one more. We know this isn’t an easy decision, and we have a ton of respect for the strength it takes to consider adoption.
Our days are full of the little things, dance parties in the kitchen, bedtime stories with stuffed animals tucked in beside us, school drop-offs, and plenty of giggles along the way. On weekends, we’re usually out swimming, exploring the zoo, grabbing ice cream, or finding a new corner of the city to check out. We love road trips, and cozy movie nights with way too much popcorn. Our girls are curious, silly, and full of love. They’re always making up games and putting on shows. They can’t wait to share all of that fun with a new sibling.
We’re open to a semi-open adoption and want you to feel comfortable with whatever level of connection feels right to you. Whether that’s sharing pictures, or staying in touch through updates, you will always have a special place in your child’s story.
Jeff is originally from Kentucky and works full-time as an aerospace engineer. He’s always up for a challenge, whether it’s designing something complex at work or figuring out how to fix a leaky faucet at home. Leah was adopted from Bulgaria along with her twin sister, and she now works part-time as a hairstylist. She loves helping people feel confident and cared for, and she brings that same energy into our home. We’re both really close with our families and spend a lot of time together for holidays, birthdays, and just ordinary weekends hanging out. We also have a chocolate lab named Roscoe who’s basically a big goofball. He’s great with kids, loves people, and is usually either chasing a ball or trying to sneak up onto the couch for a cuddle.
