Hello, we are Kate & Graham! For ten beautiful years, we have built a marriage filled with laughter, adventure, unwavering love, and a deep commitment to one another—and today, our greatest joy is watching our family grow. After the incredible gift of becoming parents to Teddy through adoption, our hearts know firsthand just how extraordinary adoption can be. Teddy has brought a new kind of joy into our home, and we are so excited about the possibility of welcoming another child into the family we have poured our hearts into creating. We hope to find an expectant mother who will see in us a family ready to love her child completely, fiercely, and forever.
Our home is busy, joyful, and fun—the kind of place where there is always music playing, laughter echoing through the rooms, and friends. Teddy is at the center of so many of our adventures, and our two dogs and two cats make our home even more lively and full of personality. We love being outside, exploring, making memories, celebrating holidays, and turning ordinary moments into traditions our children will remember forever. We have created a home where a child will always know they are cherished, celebrated, protected, and surrounded by people who believe they are capable of amazing things.
We are also fortunate to have careers that allow us to provide a stable and nurturing life while keeping family at the very heart of our priorities. Kate is an Occupational Therapist who works with individuals with developmental disabilities, and Graham is a Certified Arborist who spends his days working with trees and the outdoors. Our careers are meaningful to us, but nothing compares to being parents. We have worked hard to create a life that gives our family both security and room for endless childhood memories.
We believe adoption is not about replacing one family with another—it is about lovingly creating more family. We would be honored to build a genuine, lifelong relationship with our child’s birth family and to keep that connection strong as our child grows. We are open to pictures, letters, videos, and face-to-face visits. Most importantly, we want our child to grow up knowing exactly where they came from and how incredibly loved they were from the very beginning.
