Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn about our family!
We are Brett and Bri, and we are honored that you are considering us as prospective adoptive
parents. We met over ten years ago while attending pharmacy school and quickly realized we
had found our best friend in each other. Since then, we have built a life centered on love, family,
and supporting one another through every adventure. We are so grateful to be parents to our
wonderful daughter through adoption, and our greatest hope is to grow our family again by
welcoming a sibling for her to love and grow up alongside.
We are both pharmacists who genuinely enjoy our work. Bri is a clinical pharmacist in a
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where she cares for some of the most fragile patients. Brett is an
informatics clinical pharmacist who is specialized in pain management and palliative care. We
feel fortunate to have careers that we are passionate about, while also providing the flexibility
and stability to be present for our family. No matter how much we enjoy our work, being parents
and making time for the people we love will always be our greatest priority.
When we’re not working, we love being outside, exploring new places, traveling, cooking, and
spending time with family. Our favorite moments revolve around our daughter, whether we’re
playing in the backyard, going for walks around the neighborhood, or spending an afternoon at
the park. We love going out and doing things together, but most of our best days are the ones
spent at home. Our dog and two cats are also a big part of our family, and they are all great with
children. We live in a quiet neighborhood in the Cincinnati area with many other young families.
We love that our daughter has so many opportunities to play alongside other children, with a
neighborhood pool, walking trails, and parks close by. At home, we enjoy simple everyday
routines like sharing meals and reading bedtime stories at the end of the day. We feel lucky to
have the life we’ve built here, and we’re excited about the possibility of sharing it with another
child.
Family is one of the greatest blessings in our lives. Brett is the oldest of three siblings, and Bri
has two older brothers, including her twin. Our niece and nephews are all under five years old,
and watching the cousins grow up together has been such a joy. Our daughter absolutely loves
being around her cousins, and our entire extended family is excited to welcome another child
with open arms. We treasure traditions like family dinners, holidays, vacations, and celebrating
life's big and little milestones together, and we look forward to creating many more memories as
our family grows.
