Thank you for taking a look at my little family and considering us to love and care for your baby. I could never have guessed my journey but know I am exactly where I should be. I’m Nancy and I have a sweet, funny, kind 5 year old son. I am so lucky to be his mama. Watching him learn, grow, and become his true self has been the best experience of my life. I’m a single mom and always have been. I was fortunate to get pregnant later in life, I thought I may never have the chance to be a mom.
Being an older mom has allowed me to focus on the true priorities- our family, his childhood and happiness, and how I can help him grow. I’ve had the privilege of working for in sales for the same company for over a decade. This gives me the flexibility to be with him when he needs me. We also love our daytime babysitter and oh how he loves “helping with the babies.” It’s opened my eyes even more to how caring he is with younger children. He loves to sit with them and make them smile. I have no doubt he would be an incredible, fun, and protective older brother.
We are a creative and artistic family. I love using those skills to create memories, build Halloween costumes, and make our house a home. We have started family traditions, decorate for every holiday, and have so many photos around of us laughing and being us. My son loves the weekends because we get to “stay home and just have fun.”
I always say, every family is different. I am so grateful for my life and my little family. But with it all I still have so much more love in my heart. A day does not go by without thinking how wonderful it would be to have another child- to watch them grow, help them become who they are, create new family traditions, take new laughing photos, and share the happy life we are so lucky to have.
